Dien joined Deloitte in 2004 starting in the audit department for financial industry in Deloitte Taipei office. After 2 years, Dien transferred to Hsinchu Science-Based Industrial Park in 2006 audit for high-tech companies such as TSMC. After two years of strong experience related to the high-tech and manufacturing companies, Dien was selected by Deloitte Taiwan firm to be the only person in exchange program to Deloitte San Jose office for 18 months.

Dien was an Audit Senior inchage of an PCAOB engagement of software company in San Jose office. After exchange program and back to Taiwan, Dien was promoted to Manager in 2010 and services Taiwan listed companies, U.S. Foreign Private Issuers (TSMC and SMTC) and also Foreign Issuers in Taiwan stock markets. In 2012, Dien transferred to Taipei to serve most of the bio-tech companies, financial bank, financial holdings, and startup companies and promoted to Senior Manager in 2013. Dien is currently Audit Partner in Deloitte and serve Chunghwa Telecom group and other Taiwan listed companies.

Dien has been providing service to companies in Taiwan, China, U.S. , Singapore and Malaysia. Dien is familiar with R.O.C. GAAP, U.S. GAAP and also IFRSs. The clients are including telecom, semiconductor, IC designs, bio-tech, financial holdings, healthcare, and manufacturing companies. Dien well experienced in the Initial Public Offering process related to Taiwan and U.S. Markets.
