Genping works as Investment Director at Vertex Venture, a VC firm HQed in Singapore. He currently locates in Taipei, and his main interest is to identify and help innovative Taiwan startups to expand internationally, especially into the South East Asia countries.

He has diversified experience of working with startups & MNCs. Most recently, he co-founded one of the leading mum and baby products online store in Singapore - Kulily.com. Before that, he worked in different industries with different roles including marketing position at Tenergy – a battery solution company in Silicon Valley, corporate development at CoActive - an electronics component MNC at Hong Kong, and as consultant at Gemstone – a boutique investment bank in Los Angels. He started his career with product management role at Motorola Electronics Singapore.

Genping holds a Bachelor of Computer Engineering from Nanyang Technological University Singapore, and MBA from University of California Los Angeles.
