Ned McCague is the Senior Director of Technical Product Management at Pison, a wearables technology company focused on using neural biosensors and artificial intelligence to translate the body’s natural physiological electricity into machine-interpretable events in software. He has held multiple data and product-focused positions in the tech industry in Boston, including roles at Kyruus, Markforged, and Alphabet.
In addition to his corporate experience, he holds multiple academic positions, including a lecturer appointment at MIT, where he teaches courses on global health informatics and data science in medicine. He also holds a faculty appointment at Boston University, where he teaches courses on machine learning and data infrastructure in healthcare, as well as a course on research methodologies and medical literature.
Ned aspires to bridge the gap between complex data analytics and practical, real-world solutions, while mentoring the next generation of data scientists and providing them with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in this rapidly evolving field.
