About
Felix Ho is Chairman of the Epoch Foundation and Executive Chairman of YFY Consumer Products, one of Taiwan's leading household products companies. He is also Chairman and CEO of YFY Jupiter, a global turn-key packaging services provider, and Executive Chairman of Arizon RFID, the world's leading pure-play RFID inlay manufacturer.
Across these roles, he leads businesses spanning manufacturing, technology, and services, with a focus on scaling operations globally, strengthening competitiveness, and navigating structural industry change.
Mr. Ho's broader professional experience includes senior leadership roles within the YFY Group, a diversified industrial and financial enterprise founded in 1924. He previously served as Chairman and CEO of YFY Inc., the group's holding company, and has held board and leadership positions across affiliated companies in technology and financial services, including E Ink Holdings and Bank SinoPac Ltd. His work has centered on guiding organizations through periods of transformation, emphasizing operational discipline, strategic clarity, and long-term value creation.
Mr. Ho has volunteered as an MIT Educational Counselor for over 15 years and recently completed his term as President of the MIT Club of Taiwan. He is a Trustee and a Multi-Nation Fellow of Eisenhower Fellowships, currently serves on Taiwan's Consumer Protection Committee, and previously served as Chairman of the Taiwan Paper Industry Association.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Science and an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
